Treatment line level at 4h100 mg/L
Traditional regimen: 150 mg/kg in 200 ml over 1h, then 50 mg/kg in 500 ml over 4h, then 100 mg/kg in 1000 ml over 16h. Treatment line = 200/2^(t/4). Parvolex = 2 g/10 ml (200 mg/ml).
