Snellen Visual Acuity Chart
Visual acuity reference tool with recording guide, metric/imperial conversion, LogMAR equivalents, and interpretation for Emergency Medicine.
Not an eye test. This is a reference and recording tool for healthcare professionals. An actual Snellen test requires a standardised chart at calibrated distance (6 m / 20 ft) under controlled illumination. Do not use this screen to test visual acuity.
