Answer each criterion below. If anycriterion is "Yes", the patient meets this step.
Sustained respiratory rate less than 10 or greater than 29
Sustained Systolic Blood Pressure less than 90 mmHg
GCS Motor Score 4 or less (withdrawing from pain or worse)
